You have the right to object to any of the above uses of information by contacting us, please know that in some cases this may mean that you and your child can not be included in all activities we offer in class.

To comply with applicable laws and protect Make and Bake’s interests and legal rights, this includes but is not limited to the use of your information relating to legal claims and compliance and regulatory activity.

With your consent we may send you information by email or social media about Make and Bake classes, news and activities that we think might be of interest to you. You can ask us to stop sending you information by contacting us at makeandbaketorbay@gmail.com

We do not want to share your information with other companies except in emergency circumstances where we believe that sharing your information is vital to protect you or your child.

You have the right to see the personal information we hold about you, you can request a copy of this at any time, you can also request to have this information deleted after you have left Make and Bake.
